Structured Light Scanner

A Structured Light Scanner is a 3D scanning device that allows representing an object with high resolution and a high level of geometric form details. Three-dimensionality is achieved by projecting patterns onto the object, which are then captured photographically. It is a fast and versatile equipment, which allows acquiring large amounts of data at a time.

The deformation of the pattern projected onto the object allows, from the obtained images, building surfaces and acquiring 3D coordinates of any detail on the surface of the object.
